3. Bookings and Payments
⇒Bookings may be made through our online booking system powered by BookingKoala, or directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
⇒ Quotes may be generated automatically through BookingKoala or provided manually via WhatsApp based on the information supplied by the client.
⇒ All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by I See Clean.
⇒ Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and may vary depending on property size, condition, location, and specific service requirements.
⇒ Full or partial payment may be required in advance, depending on the service type and booking method.
⇒ Payments must be made using approved payment methods communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Consumer Rights
⇒ This section is aligned with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
⇒ Clients have the right to cancel a service within 14 days of booking (the “cooling-off period”) if the booking was made online or remotely, unless the service has already been fully performed or has begun with the client’s prior consent.
⇒ By booking a service scheduled to take place within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly request that I See Clean begins the service during this period and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been completed.
⇒ Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
⇒ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged a reasonable cancellation fee to cover loss of time and resources.
⇒ If our cleaning team cannot gain access to the property at the agreed time, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Access to Property
⇒ Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
⇒ Any alarms, security systems, or special access instructions must be disclosed in advance.
⇒ I See Clean is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by lack of access.
6. Service Standards & Satisfaction
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our services are provided with reasonable care and skill.
⇒ If the service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, clients are entitled to request that the service is re-performed within a reasonable time and at no additional cost.
⇒ If re-performance is not possible or does not resolve the issue, clients may be entitled to a price reduction.
⇒ Any issues or complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

⇒ Secure valuables and personal items before the cleaning service.
⇒ Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available during the service.
I See Clean is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed risks or unsafe conditions.
8. Damage and Liability
I See Clean will take reasonable care while delivering its services.
⇒ Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
⇒ Where damage is caused due to our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation.
⇒ Our liability will not exceed the total cost of the service provided, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
We are not responsible for:
⇒ Normal wear and tear
⇒ Pre-existing damage
⇒ Damage caused by faulty, unstable, or improperly installed items
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
